Artful Healing

I am an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) that specializes in Art Therapy. I currently practice in Las Vegas, Nevada, however also hold licensure in the state of California.

I am an empathic mental health professional that focuses on building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. Together we will build empathy and understanding for where you are currently at based on your life's experiences. I aim to support you to identify and achieve your treatment and life goals.

I have experience working with various ages from young children to elders struggling with trauma/PTSD, defiance, learning disabilities, depression, anxiety, stress management, grief/loss, self-harm, suicidal thought/ideation and life stage transitions. I enjoy working with children struggling to maintain academic performance. I enjoy working with young adults transitioning out of high school and into adulthood.

As an Art Therapist, I use art to help you more deeply explore and gain awareness of thoughts and feelings by problem solving, reality testing, and exploring some of those deeper thoughts. It will help bring to life what you may not yet know. I use an eclectic approach to therapy as I use psychodynamic, narrative, CBT, DBT, and solution focused approaches.

My approach to therapy is to help you find ways of saying or showing what you think and feel so that you can strengthen your relationship with others and yourself.
